2. Reporting an Issue
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide the following information:

3. Return Process
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
4. Refunds and Exchanges

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

Exchanges will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items under any circumstances.

Sale or clearance items.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed as processing and shipment may have already begun.
